In these sessions we will take an immersive journey for a month cycle where we will meet once a week
Each session lasting 2 hours where you will take a journey deeper into yourself using various tool such as Breathwork , Theta healing , embodied movement practices and lots more for you to integrate and take with you for LIFE
This is for you , if you feel disconnected from your body mind soul and are just yearning for a way to reconnect and tune into your inner voice

With a decade of self-healing and introspection, through PAINFUL periods, intimacy, ovulation, and ovarian cysts , Hpv a complete disconnection from my womb …basically living in pain and shame !
I’ve finally come into an empowered space and healed from these things in all kinds of ways I’ve come to a point where I’d like to share my medicine and magic with you .
What’s helped me and tools that can help you too . To Step into your power body, and womb wisdom .
Journey Back to You is a 1 month journey consisting of 4 , 1:1 sessions where ill accompany you in tapping into your inner feminine , the parts you’ve left behind , the voice of she who begs for a listening ear .
Because I believe a world with empowered aligned woman is true power and true wisdom . I believe if we work from a space of trust and embodiment we can transform our lives and live authentically you MATTER , you are ENOUGH in all your shapes and forms and on this journey I hold your hand while you step into that clarity and FREEDOM
